Hi, I’m NOVA FORD.

As a BIPOC healer I am devoted to guiding others into deeper alignment, spiritual renewal, and ancestral remembrance. Rooted in the wisdom of her lineage and the earth-based traditions handed down through generations, my work is an offering of devotion. Bridging plant medicine, energetic healing, and vibrational sound therapy into one holistic path of transformation.

Together these modalities from my unique healing signature are rooted in culture, guided by intuition, and offered with deep reverence.

My Approach

I approach healing as a collaborative, culturally conscious process—one that honors both the unseen and the deeply human. My practice centers on creating safe, affirming spaces where people of all identities can reconnect with their bodies, release what no longer serves them, and realign with their own inner guidance. Using sound as medicine, I invite vibrational shifts that support relaxation, clarity, and emotional balance. Through Reiki, I channel gentle energetic support, allowing the nervous system to soften and the spirit to feel held. My herbal work draws from traditions that honor the Earth as a living teacher; I craft rituals and plant-based offerings that guide clients into deeper relationship with nature, cycles, and lineage.

In all of my offerings, I hold space with intention, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the communities I serve. My work is not about fixing but about remembering—reclaiming the wisdom we each carry and nurturing the pathways that lead us back to wholeness.
