Nova comes from a Haitian/African heritage born from Virginia Beach, VA. Through her many years of finding holistic connection and spiritually to herself, she was grounded in the practice in of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga through her mentor Melissa Hunter. She took upon her training in 2015 for her yoga training in 200 hour and Yin/Restorative yoga of 50 hour training.

Deepening her practice and spiritual growth in the works of her teachings throughout 10+ years, as she found her home in the PNW of Washington state growing her background as a Reiki Practitioner within the Usui Holy Fire Lineage Level 1 & 2 with her Reiki Master Faith at The Heart Center for Awakening, LLC.

Nova has over 5+ years of experience honoring the traditions of creating a safe and accessible space for healing through reiki and sacred practices. She will help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and cultivate deeper harmony in mind, body and spirit.
